I had hoped that tomorrow (18th Sept) I might 'formally' get the all-clear, after my CT and PET scans of last week. Unfortunately that appointment got cancelled by the Consultant, so I've now got to wait another week until 25th...

...Nonetheless, I've decided it's time to start back at work, and my first day will be this Thursday (21st September).

Not sure how the weight loss plan is going yet (I'm staying away from scales until the end of the month), but I've been trying to exercise regularly - I can't really call it 'training' yet. All being well, I should be moving in the right direction, even though all movement is pretty slow currently!
